We ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns
At Glowrious Skin, we strive for your complete satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are accepted within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.
The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Exchanges are for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of lesser value, no refund for the difference will be issued.
Shipping costs for the return and replacement are the responsibility of the customer.
No Refunds or Returns: Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products. All sales are final, with the exception of our 3-day exchange policy.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
Contact our customer support team at glowriousskin@glowriousskin.com to obtain an exchange authorization.
Carefully package the item with the proof of purchase.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.
Exceptions:
Products damaged during shipping: In the event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will then handle claims with the shipment company, and provide a replacement, where possible.
